We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any more. He stated he necessary time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a significant amount of money out of their joint bank account which he said he necessary to set himself up in a new location to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have an additional woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just following he had left our client.
We had been able to offer our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
